Brand new appliances throughout, drains are a little slow when water is going down, but that is to be expected when your close to the equator. So if you're looking for a place a little less "resort-like" but still oceanfront this is a great option. The absolute worst part of our stay, however, was the lack of air conditioning. The beach does have sand but there are a lot of rocks. The grounds are in great shape and the views of the ocean from anywhere on the property were fantastic. They were able to accomodate us with a last minute booking for starters. He brought me here 28 years and we have just completed our 10th trip to this lovely condo complex.
