Any person who, with the intention of using them, shall have in his possession any of the instruments or implements mentioned in the preceding paragraph, shall suffer the penalty next lower in degree than that provided therein. — The provisions contained in articles 50 to 57, inclusive, of this Code shall not be applicable to cases in which the law expressly prescribes the penalty provided for a frustrated or attempted felony, or to be imposed upon accomplices or accessories. 7. — A libel is a public and malicious imputation of a crime, or of a vice or defect, real or imaginary, or any act, omission, condition, status, or circumstance tending to cause the dishonor, discredit, or contempt of a natural or juridical person, or to blacken the memory of one who is dead. Incriminating Innocent Person. — Any public officer or employee who, without legal grounds, detains a person, shall suffer: 1. Administering Injurious Substances or Beverages. 3. When the Penalty is a Complex One Composed of Three Distinct Penalties. — Offenses which are or in the future may be punishable under special laws are not subject to the provisions of this Code. Whatever may be the number and nature of the aggravating circumstances, the courts shall not impose a greater penalty than that prescribed by law, in its maximum period. Libel by Means of Writing or Similar Means. The authors of obscene literature, published with their knowledge in any form, and the editors publishing such literature; 3. That the crime be committed in the palace of the Chief Executive, or in his presence, or where public authorities are engaged in the discharge of their duties, or in a place dedicated to religious worship. When the woman is deprived of reason or otherwise unconscious; and. The penalty of prisión mayor if, without using violence, he shall act without the consent of the woman. — The penalty of prisión correccional in its maximum period and a fine not exceeding 2,000 pesos shall be imposed upon any person who, without taking any direct part in the crime of sedition, should incite others to the accomplishment of any of the acts which constitute sedition, by means of speeches, proclamations, writings, emblems, cartoons, banners, or other representations tending to the same end. And all laws and parts of laws which are contrary to the provisions of this Code are hereby repealed. — Any armed person who shall commit robbery in an inhabited house or public building or edifice devoted to religious worship, shall be punished by prisión mayor in its medium period to reclusión temporal in its minimum period, if the value of the property taken shall exceed 250 pesos, and if —. 6. — The penalty of prisión mayor and a fine of not exceeding 10,000 pesos shall be imposed upon anyone who shall purchase, sell, kidnap or detain a human being for the purpose of enslaving him. 6. The penalty of prisión correccional in its minimum and medium periods and a fine not exceeding 1,000 pesos, whenever the damage caused to a third party or to the public interest shall not have been serious.
